We strive to ensure customer satisfaction in every service and product we offer. 2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Service CancellationsBefore Service Commencement:
- Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
- Once the service has started, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
- Customers can cancel their product order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the product has not been shipped.
- Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Service Refunds
- Refunds for canceled services (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with the service due to genuine reasons (such as incorrect application of a coating or faulty installation), we may offer a partial or full refund after proper verification and assessment.
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products received by the customer.
- To request a refund, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence.
- Refund Process:
- Once the claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
4.1. Conditions for Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.
- The request for a return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos of the product condition.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact for eligibility.
- Used or installed products.
- Services already availed.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper handling.
- If a replacement is requested, we will arrange for a pickup of the defective product and send a new one in its place.
- Replacements are subject to product availability. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
