Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their product order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the product has not been shipped.
- Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
In the event that any product or Consumables supplied by the Brotomotive Autoz Private Limited to the Customer is found to be defective or deficient, the Customer shall adhere to the following process:
- The Customer must notify Brotomotive Autoz Private Limited of any defect or deficiency within 7 (Seven) days from the delivery date of the product.
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- The Customer shall ensure that any product return is made in accordance with Brotomotive Autoz Private Limited’s terms and approval process, and the Customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
- In cases where the product is defective, Brotomotive Autoz Private Limited’s liability is limited solely to replacing the defective product or issuing a credit note. Brotomotive Autoz Private Limited shall have no obligation to cover any additional costs, including but not limited to the application of the product or any consequential damages or losses arising from the defect or deficiency.
- The Customer acknowledges that failure to notify Brotomotive Autoz Private Limited within the 7 (Seven) day period will result in the forfeiture of any rights to return or claim regarding the Product.
